Data at Rest: Once downloaded, your survey data is stored locally on your computer’s hard drive. You are responsible for securing the data on your own device (e.g., through disk encryption, access controls, and other security best practices). ESJ Software Ltd does not have access to data stored on your local machine.
6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Your data exists in two locations, and its management differs accordingly:
Local Storage (Your Computer):** Data you download via the Application is stored on your own computer. You have full control over this data and can retain or delete it at any time using your computer’s standard file management functions.
Cloud Storage (Acumeni Feedback Hub): The original source data remains in your account on the Acumeni Feedback Hub platform.
You can manage this data, including your subscription and users, by logging into your account at https://surveys.acumeni.net.
To permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data, please contact our support team.
7. Your Rights Regarding Your Data
As the account holder, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.
Access and Correction: You can access and correct your survey data directly within the Acumeni Feedback Hub platform.
Deletion: You can delete data stored locally on your computer at any time. To request the deletion of your entire account and all associated data from the Acumeni Feedback Hub cloud platform, please email us at the contact address below.
